Ordering

Ethos Guitars start at £575 including a hard shell case. This is for the 'PHClassic', custom built models depend entirely on materials and complexity. Please contact Ethos Guitars to discuss specification and arrange for a quotation. Quotations will be valid for 60 days, any change in material cost will be discussed.

Orders will be confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable £400 deposit. This will secure a place in the build schedule.

All Ethos models are available in left handed versions at no extra cost.

Warranty

All Ethos Guitars are protected by a 2 year parts and labour warranty, subject to the limitations defined below.

Ethos Guitars will repair or replace any instrument which is found to have defects in either workmanship or materials, subject to a full inspection. If Ethos Guitars deem that a replacement is appropriate, this will be of a similar specification to the original instrument, to a value not exceeding the original purchase price. Shipping and insurance of any warranty claims will be at the owners’ expense.

The warranty is extended to the original purchaser only, as recorded by Ethos Guitars, and may not be transferred to any subsequent owners.

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:-

1. Any instrument which has been altered or modified in any way.
2. Any instrument which has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, accident, or improper operation.
3. Shipping damages of any kind.
4. Any instrument which has been subjected to extremes of humidity or temperature.
5. Normal wear and tear (ie. Worn frets or machine heads, worn plating, scratched pickguards, or damage or discoloration.
