Apologies for the lack of updates recently. A family illness has meant that time has been very tight
recently, and it has been hard to keep up with the workshop schedule, so updates have suffered.
However, the workshop page is now up to date, click here if you want to see what we have been
up to.

No News is good News ?
Amazingly, 2009 has been an incredibly busy year here at Ethos Guitars. We normally try and keep the number of
active projects down to 3, but at times we have had 8 on the go, and still had to postpone work. This is why the
web-site has not been updated for so long. We will be getting it back up to speed in the next few weeks, so look
out for new items.

Ethos guitars are working with Burn Guitarist Julian Nicholas to develop his ultimate guitar. Julian has used various guitars in the past, most recently Kramers and Warmoth. The guitar in the picture (sorry about the quality, better one to follow !) is a modified Kramer Nightswan body, with a neck built by Ethos Guitars using Birds Eye Maple with an Ebony fingerboard. The neck also features carbon fibre reinforcement, a 2 way truss rod and Stainless Steel frets. Discussions for the next phase are already taking place. Want to build a guitar ?

This young student wanted to build a guitar for a school project, but wasn't sure where to start. Due to the short timescales, we suggested that he spend a day in our workshop, and assemble a guitar from pre-finished components. He found the day very interesting and was more than pleased with the results. We even supplied a CD with photos taken during the day to help with his project.

If you would be interested in something similar, please contact us.
