This custom bass features
a laminated Maple neck with a Wenge centre stripe. Unusally, the fingerboard
is also made of Wenge. The body wings
are made of Ash, and feature hollow sections near the neck, and a tapered body
profile to aid balance. The headstock was also made as small as possible for
the same reason. The pickups for this model are EMG active with a Precision
type in the neck position, and a Jazz model near the bridge. The battery is
concealed in the control cavity. Special feature on this model is the ‘Double
Six’ dice motif on the 12th fret.
